Effective Date: May 1, 2026
My360Blogger ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of 360DMMC. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the My360Blogger platform, including our website at my360blogger.com and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (if provided), password (stored in hashed form), and Google account information if you sign up via Google OAuth (name, email, profile picture).
When you use the Service, we collect blog URLs you paste for content generation, topics you enter for content generation, edits you make to generated social media posts, images you upload to replace AI-generated reference images, and brand voice preferences and website URLs provided for tone analysis.
When you connect your social media accounts, we collect and store:
We only request the minimum permissions necessary to publish content and manage your connected accounts. We do not access your private messages, personal connections, or any data beyond what is required for the Service.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and error logs. This data helps us improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.
When you use our AI content generation features, your blog text or topic input is sent to OpenAI's API (GPT-4o) to generate social media posts. AI-generated reference images are created using OpenAI's DALL-E API. We store the generated text and images in our database linked to your account.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform built on PostgreSQL. All data is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring that each user can only access their own data. Images (both AI-generated and user-uploaded) are stored in Supabase Storage.
Social media access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in our database. Tokens are used solely to publish content on your behalf and are never shared with third parties. When tokens expire, we attempt to refresh them automatically. If refresh fails, we prompt you to reconnect your account.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all communications, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, environment variable management for all API keys and secrets, and access controls to prevent unauthorized data access.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of LinkedIn, Meta, OpenAI, and Supabase.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, generated content, uploaded images, and stored tokens within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before being permanently removed.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data and account, disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Settings page, export your data upon request, and withdraw consent for data processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@360dmmc.com.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@360dmmc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and including your registered email address.
For full data deletion instructions, see our Data Deletion page.
When you connect your LinkedIn account, we request the following permissions: openid, profile, email, and w_member_social. We use these permissions solely to authenticate you and to publish social media posts on your behalf to your LinkedIn profile or company page. We do not access your LinkedIn connections, messages, or any data beyond what is required for publishing. LinkedIn tokens are stored securely and deleted immediately when you disconnect your account.
When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we request permissions necessary to publish content to your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts on your behalf. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, private messages, friends list, or any data beyond what is required for publishing. Meta tokens are stored securely and deleted immediately when you disconnect your account.
We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@360dmmc.com.
Your data may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
