Data Deletion Instructions

Overview
My360Blogger is committed to giving you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your data from our platform, you can do so by following the instructions below. This page fulfills the data deletion requirements of the Meta Platform Terms and the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.
Option 1: Delete from Within the App
- Log in to your My360Blogger account at my360blogger.com
- Navigate to Settings
- Click "Disconnect" next to any connected social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to immediately revoke access and delete stored tokens
- Click "Delete My Account" to permanently remove your account and all associated data
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
Send an email to privacy@360dmmc.com with the following details:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Your name (if associated with the account)
We will process your request and delete all your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account information (email, name, password hash)
- All generated social media posts and their history
- All AI-generated reference images
- All custom images you uploaded
- Your brand voice profile and settings
- All blog URLs and topics you submitted
- LinkedIn OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, and account identifiers
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, Page IDs, and account identifiers
- Your publishing queue, scheduled posts, and publishing history
- All usage data and activity logs associated with your account
What Happens to Published Content
Data deletion removes all data stored within My360Blogger. However, content that has already been published to your social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) will remain on those platforms. To remove published posts, you must delete them directly from the respective social media platform. My360Blogger does not have the ability to delete posts from your social media accounts after they have been published.
Deletion Timeline
- Disconnecting social accounts: Immediate — tokens deleted instantly
- Account deletion via app: Immediate — all data removed
- Email requests: Processed within 30 days
- Backup removal: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal
Confirmation
After your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days of your request, please contact us again at privacy@360dmmc.com.
