Data Deletion

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your My360Blogger account and associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it:

Email us at privacy@360dmmc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address (or include that address in the message).
Inside the app — ask your workspace administrator to remove your account, or contact support at Support@My360Blogger.com.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.

2. What Gets Deleted

When a deletion request is completed, we permanently remove:

Your user account (name, email address, sign-in credentials)
Your workspace memberships and team associations
Social media connection tokens (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) associated with your account
Brand profiles, uploaded assets, and generated content owned by your account where you are the sole owner
Stored preferences, API keys, and automation settings tied to your account

3. What May Be Retained

Limited records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Billing and transaction records, retained as required by tax and accounting regulations
Security and audit logs, retained for up to 90 days
Content belonging to a shared workspace that other members still use — in that case only your personal identifiers are removed

Encrypted backups cycle out within 30 days of deletion, after which the data is unrecoverable.

4. Disconnecting Social Accounts

You can disconnect LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram at any time from the Connections page in the app — this immediately revokes our publishing access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens, without deleting your account. You can also revoke My360Blogger's access from your LinkedIn or Meta account settings directly.
