Welcome to My360Blogger, a product of 360DMMC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My360Blogger platform, including the website at my360blogger.com and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
My360Blogger is an AI-powered social media content generation and publishing platform. The Service allows you to submit blog URLs or topics to generate social media posts using AI, review and edit AI-generated content, generate AI reference images, upload custom images, connect your LinkedIn and Meta accounts, and schedule and publish approved posts to your connected social media accounts.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service, including blog URLs, topics, and uploaded images. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the Service.
Social media posts and reference images generated by the Service using AI are generated for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and that you are solely responsible for the content you publish to your social media accounts.
Once content is published to your social media accounts, it is governed by the terms and policies of the respective platform. We are not responsible for how published content is treated by those platforms.
When you connect your social media accounts to the Service, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf using the OAuth tokens provided. You can disconnect your accounts at any time through the Settings page. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of each connected social media platform.
The Service uses third-party AI services (OpenAI) to generate text content and images. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You must review all generated content before approving it for publication. The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs whose changes may affect the availability or functionality of the Service.
While we make reasonable efforts to publish content on schedule, we do not guarantee exact timing. Publishing may be delayed due to API rate limits, token expiry, network issues, or platform outages. If a scheduled post fails to publish, the Service will attempt to retry up to three times. Failed posts will be marked with an error and can be retried manually.
The current beta version of the Service is provided at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If we introduce fees, we will provide advance notice and give you the option to continue or discontinue your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360DMMC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 360DMMC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, content you publish through the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@360dmmc.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
